Robena Dhadda

Since qualifying as a speech and language therapist in 2005, Robena has exemplified profound dedication and professional excellence in her field.

Over the years, her expertise and the progress in her career have not only established her as a highly skilled and experienced therapist but also catalysed the successful launch of her own business. This entrepreneurial leap was driven by the growing demand for her specialised services, highlighting her significant impact in the field.  Robena continues to deliver exceptional care and support to her clients, further solidifying her reputation and commitment to enhancing communication and swallowing abilities.

Robena has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults in diverse range of healthcare settings, including major trauma hospitals, acute hospitals, schools, college, outpatient services, and community-based rehabilitation.

In recognition of her expertise, Robena has attained the highest level of competence within the framework of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and has served as a Consultant Dysphagia Practitioner (Level D) since 2015.

Robena’s passion for sharing knowledge and fostering advancements in speech and language therapy has been enriched through her collaboration with universities and leading medical and healthcare professionals.

In her capacity as an expert witness, Robena  conducts a significant number of expert assessments and prepares detailed expert witness reports, with an average of fifty reports produced annually.

Rose

Rose qualified as a speech and language therapist in 2009, embarking on a career that spans NHS, private, and international healthcare sectors. 

She brings a wealth of experience in treating adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions, gained in settings ranging from acute care and neurological rehabilitation units to inpatient mental health services.

Rose’s diverse professional background has equipped her with exceptional leadership skills, enabling her to adapt to varied working environments, styles, and team dynamics effectively. 

Rose’s therapeutic approach is comprehensive, addressing the multifaceted aspects of function, activity, and participation impacted by communication and swallowing disorders. She is a staunch advocate for service users and their families, prioritising patient-centred care that recognises and respects the uniqueness of each individual’s experience and the effects on their lives.

Internationally, Rose has contributed significantly to speech therapy development in Vietnam, engaging in both voluntary and paid projects with the Trinh Foundation Australia NGO and Handicap International funded by USAID. During her eight months in Vietnam, she served in various capacities including clinical supervisor, mentor, teacher, and consultant, supporting the growth of the profession.

Additionally, Rose has offered her expertise as a volunteer and guest lecturer in Sri Lanka, at hospitals in Colombo and Kandy, and at the Bangladesh Health Professionals Institute in 2014.

Kayleigh

Kayleigh is a dedicated and skilled Speech and Language Therapist who has been actively practicing since her qualification in 2016. Her professional journey is characterised by a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Kayleigh’s expertise covers a wide spectrum of conditions, including neurological disorders, developmental delays, and speech impairments, making her a versatile practitioner in her field.

In addition to her clinical work, Kayleigh is passionate about continuing education and professional development. She regularly engages in training and workshops to enhance her knowledge and skills, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in speech and language therapy.

Kayleigh has experience of working as a senior case manager in clinical commissioning as part of the Transforming Care Agenda which has further enhanced her skills and experience.

Lottie

Since qualifying as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2019, Lottie has worked with adults across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings. Her professional experience spans in-patient care, outpatient services, care homes and clients’ own homes. 

Lottie maintains a holistic approach to therapy, emphasising the importance of personalised care tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual she works with. This patient-centred philosophy underpins her practice, ensuring that therapy not only addresses specific speech and language challenges but also supports the overall well-being of her clients.

Her keen interest in swallowing disorders has led Lottie to successfully complete her Dysphagia competencies, further enriching her skill set and enabling her to provide specialised care for individuals facing swallowing difficulties.

Lottie’s work is characterised by a compassionate and empathetic approach, combined with a deep understanding of the complex needs of adults requiring speech and language therapy.

Chenede

Since qualifying as a speech and language therapist in 2013, Chenade has dedicated her practice to enhancing the lives of individuals spanning a broad age range—from children to young adults—and their families and carers. Her experience is extensive and diverse, having provided therapy in various settings including inpatient facilities, famly homes, community clinics, nurseries, schools, and colleges. Chenade’s practice is firmly rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the chance to lead an optimal life. To this end, she focuses on fostering her clients’ autonomy, self-advocacy, and the joy of engaging in meaningful activities and events.

Chenade is proficient in dysphagia management and is a certified Ayres Sensory Integration Practitioner.

Nibha

Since attaining her qualification as a speech and language therapist in 2012, Nibha has gained substantial experience working with a diverse patient group across various settings—including acute care, outpatient services, schools, and community healthcare—covering all phases of an individual’s rehabilitative journey.

With an extensive understanding of both communication and swallowing disorders, Nibha has adeptly handled complications arising from acute incidents as well as long-term conditions. This experience has provided her with a deep appreciation for the complex path patients navigate through the healthcare system.

Nibha has achieved full competency in managing dysphagia, aligned with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) Dysphagia Framework, and she is also trained in the Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImP).

Krisztina

Krisztina’s experience spans across various age groups, effectively engaging clients from young children to older adults. Her vibrant, energetic, and compassionate personality has played a key role in addressing some of our most challenging cases, particularly in situations where engagement was difficult.

Krisztina’s clinical pursuits are driven by a profound passion for creativity, which have enabled her to innovate, design, and implement a spectrum of augmentative and alternative communication systems (AAC). This includes everything from basic low-tech aids to sophisticated communication technologies. 

Krisztina has successfully completed her RCSLT Level A dysphagia competencies allowing her to navigate this specialised area with greater autonomy and confidence.

Krisztina is actively progressing towards her goal of becoming a fully qualified speech and language therapist. Krisztina continues to enrich her expertise through the latest theoretical training whilst staying at the forefront of therapeutic advancements.

Caseem

Caseem’s educational background is rooted in sports science, a discipline that has endowed him with a deep understanding of human physiology and the principles of physical rehabilitation. Over several years, he has applied this knowledge in his role as a brain injury rehabilitation assistant. Recognising a growing need within our community, Caseem transitioned into the role of a speech and language therapy assistant at Speech Tools Therapy. This move was particularly aimed at addressing the demand from our younger male clientele who were in search of speech and language support from someone with whom they could easily relate, sharing similar interests and conversational themes.

Caseem’s approachability, combined with his charismatic personality and sharp intellect, has made him an invaluable asset to our team. He effortlessly connects with clients, offering not just therapeutic interventions but also companionship and understanding. This unique blend of qualities has led him to become a much-admired figure among our younger clients. They look forward to their sessions with Caseem, not only for the professional support he provides but also for the sense of fun and motivation he brings to their therapy journey.

The rapport Caseem builds with clients encourages them to engage more deeply in their therapy, fostering an environment where significant progress is not just possible but expected. Caseem’s work exemplifies the power of connecting on a personal level, proving that the right match between therapist and client can make all the difference in achieving successful outcomes.
